Damara Phillips a.k.a. “DD ” is the founder of Sistah SoulJahs Hub. SISTAH SOULJAHS HUB is a fully functional media firm. They no longer “JUST spin “tunes” and talk over the microphone at functions. They facilitate DJ/Sound/Artist contacts/bookings, plan and assist with planning events LARGE & SMALL (consulting, outsourcing etc.), and they also provide LIVE Streaming, Graphic & Website Design Services.
Damara honed her graphic design skills working with the Stanford Group for approximately three years at Sun Printing & Publishing. In 2009, she decided to leave corporate to freelance and be self-employed.
In the last 10 years, Damara has made it her business to help develop entrepreneurs through graphic design, social media initiatives, and brand identity development. Her clients benefit from Damara’s creative designs, consultation, workshop training and business networking events.
To date, Damara has helped to develop the brands of over 75 businesses in Antigua & Barbuda and abroad.
Based in Antigua, she is also a well-traveled international DJ and Sound System Selector; up to 21 +countries/cities WORLD WIDE (Antigua’s only ALL FEMALE Sound), her career choices afford her to work from anywhere in the world (remotely).

Damara was awarded by the Antigua Department of youth affairs ‘Entrepreneur of the Year 2014’ at the National Youth Awards and also Most Outstanding Entrepreneur of the year 2016 at JCI (Jaycees) annual YEP (Youth Empowerment) Awards.
